Managing Partner - Danny Ng, C.A. (M)

Danny Ng is the founder of WH Group and he has more than 18 years of experiences in accounting and auditing. Danny started his accounting career training in the UK & Ireland and being promoted as an accounting team leader before he decided to relocate back to Malaysia.

Upon his return to Malaysia, he has been working with Big Fours and international audit firms in various roles and involvements in  audit and advisory services. Danny has worked in various capacities on audit assignments of corporations in different sectors (such as hotel & hospitality, travel industry, airlines, manufacturing operations, trading and distribution operations, consumer goods operations, constructions, logistics, services operations and non-profit organisation) including multinationals and listed companies in Malaysia.

​In addition, Danny has acted as project leader in various advisory and consulting engagements, namely reporting accountants for listed companies, internal audit and operation risk assessment, IT System general controls and post-implementation review, post-acquisition assessment, financial due diligence, risk advisory, GST implementation, Pioneer Status verifications, etc. 

Danny is a Licensed Auditor, Licensed Company Secretary and approved GST Tax Agent and he holds professional qualification as a member of Chartered Accountants in Malaysia.

Tax Expert - Deryk Yeo, C.A.(M), FCCA

Deryk started his career in auditing with one of the big four accounting firms and later with a middle tier firm. Throughout his professional career, he has managed and served a portfolio of audit and tax clients in manufacturing, property investment companies, consultancy firm, shared service centre audit, oil & gas, trading, construction, property development, retailing, food industry, autocare, IT consultancy services, petrol station operators, and logistic services.

Deryk is a Licensed Tax Agent and he manages tax audits and tax investigation for various industries. His roles includes liaising with client and LHDN Officer for discussion of audit findings and settlement of of tax audit.

Cybersecurity Expert - Albert Siow, CISA

Albert has been working in IT security industry serving local authorities, financial institutions, airlines and telecommunication in South East Asia and in the UK since 2006. He conducts assessments, provides technical report and propose recommendation for clients to mitigate IT security risks. He also assists in client’s digital transformation project.

Albert is a Certified Information System Auditor and Certified Penetration Testing Engineer.
